Reactivate a cancelled subscription
Increasing retention and subscription renewals are important for the success of a subscription based streaming service. Therefore we allow users who have cancelled their web subscription to reactivate it before it actually is removed from the user account.
Reactivate subscription flow
After a customer cancels a subscription there will be a button visible in the user settings page on the website.
When the user clicks on it she can reactivate the cancelled subscription. A message at the top web page notifies that the subscription will continue. The billing date remains on the same date as before.
Welcome back email
When a customer clicks on the restart button she will receive an extra email notifying her about when she reactivated the subscription and the next billing date.
