Which communication tool to use when
A tool is only effective if we have an organizational understanding of which tool to use and when. This Card provides that guidance.
Slack - synchronous and asynchronous communication and conversations - nothing shared here should be a single source of truth (assume it goes away after 90 days)
Asana - project and campaign task management - in-task communication for completion and blockers
Guru - add documentation if it will help someone else do their job, even in the short term. status updates on projects (i.e. KRs) should be shared here
Pro-tip 💡- If you make a Slack project channel or Asana, create a Guru Card so that the terms you're using can be found when searched for. They don't have to be final!
