When your AI Assistant schedules an in-person tour, they’ll confirm the appointment with the prospect via email or text and provide instructions. The tour will be scheduled on your leasing calendar.
All you have to do is review their guest card before the tour so that you know what the prospect preferences are, and then meet the prospect for their tour. After the tour is completed, remember to create a show event and your AI Assistant will send out post-tour follow-ups
The instructions that are sent to the prospects pull from the 'Appointment Directions' fields in your community form. Anyime you want to update the directions, just go right into your community form and change those fields.
