Team Training: Partner types and internal SOPs for each

This doc is a quick guide to nomenclature and outline of SOP's needed for dealing with each partner type (i.e. how the org works with advocates vs co-marketing partners).

The action item would be: Copy to drive, fill out based on your partnerships, share with the entire org so everyone knows what to do with each partner:

  • Friends or family of employees

  • Your VC or your incubator cohort

  • An employee of a non-competitive SaaS who knows and loves your product
