We strive to provide our customers with the best quality products at the most affordable prices. As a convenience, we offer a simple return process, something that most of our competitors do not.
Returns and exchanges are not accepted for visual defects in the finish of the product that will not be seen when installed in a standard fashion. These blemishes and/or finish discrepancies do not affect the performance or longevity of the product.
MWS reserves the discretion to repair damage or blemishes if the damage/blemish meets the definition of damage or blemish.
Visual blemishes less than 1/8” in size or scratches that do not effect the expected performance of the product are considered standard finish blemishes and are to be expected upon order. For review of blemishes, we will request a photo of the product from 5 ft to ensure the blemish is repairable and is outside our standard finish. MWS takes pride in our products finish and holds the right for consideration of what is considered outside of an expected standard finish.
How to Initiate a return for refund:
Locate your order number in your email or on the shipping label.
Review the condition of your items for return.
Measure the dimensions and weight of package to be returned.
Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to request a return.
We happily accept returns of our products that meet the above criteria on the following conditions
Merchandise must be in original condition. Used or previously installed items are not returnable for refund. MWS may refuse a customer return or charge a larger restocking fee when the returned item is not like new.
Use or include original packaging (Box & Wrapping) to return item(s). If more packaging material is required for the item, it is the responsibility of the buyer.
Custom order and closeout items are ineligible for return. This includes patina finished items.
Refunds will not be issued until the merchandise has been received and processed at our facility. Please allow 2-3 business days after receipt.
Return requests must be initiated 30 days or less from receipt and merchandise must be received back within 60 days.
Visual defects must be presented to MWS within 3 days of receipt of the package to be eligible for return, replacement, refund, or repair.
PLEASE INSPECT ALL PACKAGE UPON DELIVERY, YOU HAVE 3 DAY FROM DELIVERY DATE TO REPORT DAMAGE. IF DAMAGE IS NOT REPORTED IN THOSE 3 DAYS MAJESTIC WATER SPOUTS IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGES.
IF ITEMS RECEIVED ON RETURN ARE FOUND DAMAGED WITHOUT AN INITIAL REPORTING OF DAMAGED WHEN RECEIVED BY CUSTOMER, NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN.
Orders that are put on hold per customer request and not provided input for shipping or cancellation of order are eligible for a full refund for 10 days post sale. Held orders post 10 days are only eligible to receive an 80% credit for future purchase of full price items.
We warrant our products to be free of defects in material and workmanship upon delivery and for thirty (30) days from the date of the delivery unless otherwise noted. This warranty is only for replacement of the products provided at initial purchase; NO refunds will be granted.
The warranty does not cover:
Costs incurred in the shipment or cartage, removal and/or reinstallation (including but not limited to labor costs) with respect to the replacement product made available by Majestic Water Spouts, LLC pursuant to this Limited Warranty.
Damage or improper operation of a product governed by this Limited Warranty to the extent same is caused by customer abuse, misuse, negligence, or failure to follow installation or operation instructions.
Use for which the product is not designed.
Fire, explosion, weather conditions or natural disasters.
Faulty or improper installation.
Ordinary wear and tear.
Damage caused by negligent or improper maintenance procedures and other causes not specified, by beyond the control of Majestic Water Spouts, LLC.
Improper packaging, repackaging or damage incurred in shipping.
Visual defects that do not meet our definition of a defect.
For this warranty to be effective you must:
Be the original purchaser of the product from Majestic Water Spouts, LLC.
Have not structurally modified, misused or misapplied the product manufactured.
Have maintained the product in accordance with standard procedures provided by Majestic Water Spouts, LLC, prior or after sale and/or installation.
Made your claim in writing to Majestic Water Spouts within the time provided and in accordance with the terms of this Limited Warranty.
We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website.
