User settings page for mobile

The mobile applications have a settings page where the consumer gets the basic account information. The page informs about:

  • the registered email address
  • purchased offers
  • the application the customer is using
  • links to important service pages e.g. FAQ and support
  • possibility to define the settings for downloading offline content

The page also includes the possibility to log out.

If the consumer wants to change the account settings she/he has to log in to the WEBSITE of the service. The consumer can change the following settings:

  • Update the contact email
  • Activate or deactivate the parental control
  • Clear the device list
  • Buy or cancel an offer purchased on the website

As best practice we recommend that you add a link to your FAQ and a contact email to your support. You can configure the links visible on the page here.

Customer emails send from user settings page

If you add your support email to the user settings page in the mobile the user can easily contact you.

The email will include the userID and the basic device information e.g. OS version, device model and app version. This will help your support team to find the user account faster and guide the customer through the troubleshooting process.

You must have Author or Collection Owner permission to create Guru Cards. Contact your team's Guru admins to use this template.
