(Entrata) Why are Meet Elise leads showing in "Leads w/out an Agent" tab?

To remove leads that your AI Leasing assistant is working from your "Leads w/out an Agent" tab, in Entrata there is a setting "Count Leads Assigned to the Default Leasing Agent as Unclaimed". Set this to NO.

This setting is located under Leasing---->Leads---->Lead Management---->Leasing Agents.

You must have Author or Collection Owner permission to create Guru Cards. Contact your team's Guru admins to use this template.
