Template: How to Submit IT Request

If you have an IT request (e.g. "I need to reset my Gmail password", "I want to create a group in Slack"):

  • Please send requests to the [ticketing system/form] linked below.

  • For the most urgent of urgent requests (e.g. "I'm locked out of my computer!"), please mention @miles in the #it-requests channel.*
