Once the status of the prospect changes in your PMS/CRM.
If the prospect only asks a question that the AI can not answer.
i.e. Undocumented unit specific questions , price negotiation questions, renewal questions etc..
If the assigned agent is switched from MeetElise in your CRM.
If the correct take over steps are applied for a prospect.
After the set amount of follow ups have been sent with no reply.
