(Yardi) How to Sync Blackout Times

Q: How do blackout times on a CRM calendar get blocked out from tour availability?

A: Blackouts on the CRM calendar need to be synced.  This setting is found under content & settings > settings > appointment settings.

If ‘Use CRM Blackouts for guided tours’ is checked, use the "Import CRM blackouts" button to import them.
